To register, diagnose, quote, repair, track and return your device.

To communicate with you about your repair, including sharing the workshop shipping address privately at the appropriate stage.

To verify payments manually and maintain payment records.

To maintain repair documentation and internal audit records.

To comply with applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.

Device photographs, fault videos and diagnostic or repair evidence are stored in private storage. They are not publicly accessible and are not indexed by search engines.

Access is restricted to authorised Gadget Rescues personnel and to time-limited private links generated for you where applicable.

Please avoid uploading photographs that show unrelated personal information, documents or people.

We do not sell your personal data.
