Gadget Rescues welcomes genuine customer feedback, including positive, neutral and negative experiences.
Reviews may be moderated when they contain prohibited content such as spam, harassment, threats, sexually explicit material, private personal information, illegal content, impersonation or unrelated promotional material.
Genuine criticism is not removed simply because it is negative. A review is not rejected because of a low star rating.
Reviews are published only after moderation. Please do not include contact details, addresses, Service IDs or private repair information in a review — remove such details or contact us directly instead.
Where a review appears to be unlawful or clearly fabricated, Gadget Rescues may decline to publish it or may remove it, and may take further steps available under applicable law.
