Upload clear photographs of your device and any existing physical damage. Only device-related photographs should be uploaded. Suggested views: front, back, left side, right side, top, bottom, existing damage and internal components — only where applicable to your device. Upload 2–6 photographs. A short fault video is optional.

Do not upload unrelated, nude, sexually explicit, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate images. Every photograph is checked automatically before it is attached to your repair request, and photographs that do not clearly show your device or its components are rejected.

A ₹200 diagnostic deposit applies and is non-refundable. The workshop shipping address is shared privately after the deposit is confirmed. No paid repair work begins without your approval of the estimate.
